2019 Volvo V60 Impresses Reviewers at Autoblog

In keeping with its recent lineup revamp, Volvo has announced a redesign for its V60 model for the 2019 model year. The updated V60 is slated to sport new looks, technology, features and more. This spring, the writers at Autoblog got their hands on 2019 V60 to take it through its paces. They came back with great things to say, lauding design and features throughout.

Among the first compliments were for the V60's powertrain, a twin-charged T6 engine which uses both a turbocharger and a supercharger to produce 316 horsepower. Praise was also dished out for the V60's handling, pointing to its reduced length and all-wheel drive for inspiration.

Some of the review's finest words were reserved for the V60 cabin space.

"What people will, and should, do is sit in this thing for a long stretch and take a road trip," the review states. "Volvo has always had some of the best seats in the industry, and the new ones in the V60 are stellar, and look especially good in the optional City Weave Textile upholstery, which is a rich and nubby gray plaid, available as a no-cost option only with the lower-priced "Momentum" trim package."
